Holder opens customer service centre in Metzingen

The new Holder customer service centre in Metzingen was opened on Friday amid much festivity. Among the honoured guests were the Lord Mayor of Metzingen Dr. Ulrich Fiedler, and the First Mayor Dietmar Betz. In future, the customer service centre, which has an area of 900 m², will not only showcase Holder vehicles, but also provide a meeting point for Holder prospective customers, customers, suppliers and employees. A demonstration course for Holder vehicles directly next to the building rounds off the new range of services.
"The customer service centre represents the new face of Holder", says Andreas Vorig, Managing Director of Max Holder GmbH in Metzingen. The modern customer service centre contains display areas for the many new equipment carriers, a spacious training room and a cafeteria. This is accessible to employees and customers alike and its purpose is to promote communication between all Holder fans and those with an interest in the company and its products.
Holder oldtimers and a historic gallery containing exhibits from the Holder history provide memories of decades gone by and reminders of the many technical innovations produced by this long-established company. "We want our customers to have absolute confidence in us and our machines", says Andreas Vorig. "Our new customer service centre is therefore not just a presentation area for our current range of products, it also offers the opportunity to test them thoroughly on the new Holder demonstration course." This demonstration course which customers and prospective customers can use to test the vehicles for themselves under real-life operating conditions is currently being built. A small vineyard with vines comes at the start. Embankments with planting, a stair and a rockery are currently being added. In addition, a tarmaced surface is also being built on which to demonstrate and test the equipment carriers under real-life operating conditions. "These facilities will be used by Holder to consistently generate new impulses leading to optimum sales and customer service", comments Andreas Vorig. "We wish to invite all prospective customers to make intensive use of this versatile offer."
